Withdrawal from the contract

Use this form to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it. The conditions are in section 5 of the Terms of sale.

Notice of withdrawal

You will find it in the order confirmation email, for example TVI-2026-0001.

We will send the confirmation of receipt to this address.

Selecting the button sends the notice to TVI.

What happens after you confirm

  • We immediately email you a confirmation with the content of your notice and the date and time it was submitted.
  • Access to the content you ordered will be removed.
  • We will refund you within 14 days to the same payment card.

Good to know

  • It is enough to send the notice before the 14-day period ends.
  • If you asked for immediate access when ordering and have already opened the digital content, you no longer have the right of withdrawal.
  • If you withdraw from a service we started at your request, you pay a proportionate part of the price for the services already provided.
